Private Office

Only the best finishes and furniture were requested by this private investment company when they decided to open an office in the Cayman Islands.... The Client's objective was to create a high-end office but without it being too opulent.

Challenges included the need to incorporate finishes and materials that did not affect the Clients' sensitive allergies; natural stones and woods, latex based finishes, low VOC adhesives and paints and a special air filtration system all contributed to this pleasant environment.

Security was also an issue to the Client. In addition to a comprehensive security system the entry area was not permitted to have any glazing from the common building corridors.

Systems furniture with wood finishes along with extensive custom millwork, stone flooring and leather seating all added to the refined and sophisticated look.
