Bank of Bermuda

While working at OBM, Philip was responsible for managing the construction of the interior fit-out of 12,000 sq.ft of executive offices for the Bank of Bermuda. Working closely with the client's representative, Philip ensured the approved design intent was followed. Frequent site and client meetings guaranteed all elements were fine-tuned for completion.

Features included: Presidents office, 24 person boardroom with custom millwork and integrated AV system. Full chef's kitchen and staff areas.
